1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account on Venemu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree, do not register for or use the platform.
2 Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your profile up to date.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP codes. Never share them with anyone, including persons claiming to represent Venemu.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended without notice.
3 Deposits, Investments & Withdrawals
- Deposits are credited to your wallet and may be allocated to investment plans available on the platform.
- Earnings accrue according to the terms of the specific investment plan you select at the time of investment.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval before funds are released. Processing times may vary.
- Venemu reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or unusual activity.
4 Referral Program
Referral commissions, where offered, are credited according to the active referral terms displayed on the platform at the time the referral is made. Venemu may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time.
5 Risk Disclosure
All investments carry risk. Past performance and advertised returns are not guarantees of future results. Only invest funds you can afford to allocate toward an investment plan.
6 Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to bypass security measures, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral or promotional offers.
- Providing false identity, contact, or payment information.
7 Suspension & Termination
Venemu may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this agreement, engaged in suspicious activity, or as required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you of the action taken and the reason for it.
8 Communications
By registering, you consent to receive transactional messages from Venemu via SMS, email, and in-app notifications, including OTP codes, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, and account alerts. You may manage non-essential notification preferences from your account settings.
9 Limitation of Liability
Venemu is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, third-party payment or SMS provider failures, or actions taken by users that compromise their own account security.
10 Changes to This Agreement
We may revise this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
